Step 1: Add Your First Product
This is the most important step! Your products are the heart of your store.
Navigate to Products from your main dashboard sidebar.
Click the "Add product" button.
Fill in the essential details: a clear Name, a compelling Description, and at least one high-quality Image.
Set a Price for your product.
Click Save.

Step 2: Set Up Your Payment Options
Decide how you want to get paid. For the UAE market, we highly recommend enabling Cash on Delivery.
Go to Settings > Payments.
Under "Manual payment methods," activate Cash on Delivery.
If you are on the Basic plan or higher, you can connect a Stripe account here to accept credit card payments online.
Step 3: Configure Your Shipping Rates
Tell your customers how much shipping costs.
Go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
Create a Shipping Zone (e.g., "Dubai," or "All of UAE").
Add a Shipping Rate to that zone. You can set a flat rate (e.g., 20 AED) or offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount.

Step 4: Customize Your Online Store
Make your store look like your brand.
Go to Online Store > Theme.
Here, you can upload your Logo and set your primary Brand Colors.
You can also add a promotional message to the Announcement Banner at the top of your site (e.g., "Free delivery on all orders over 200 AED!").
Step 5: Go Live!
Once you're happy with your setup, it's time to share your store with the world. You can find your store's URL on your main Dashboard.
Congratulations! You are now ready to start selling.
