Open the job from the Jobs list. You can bill a job using two types of line items:
Services — click Select jobs to add the repair services you offer (for example oil change, brake replacement) from your service catalog.
Products & parts — click + Add product to pull a part from your product catalog, or + Add custom item to type a one-off line that isn't in your catalog.
For each line you can set the Quantity; the Total updates automatically.
Pricing and tax
At the bottom of the products area Eaglecart shows:
Subtotal
Discount — enter an amount to take off the job.
Tax (Incl.) — VAT is calculated automatically.
Total — the final amount due.
Payment method
Choose how the customer pays: Cash, Card, or Credit / Voucher.
