Open any job and click Action (top right). From there you can produce three types of document:
Job Card
Print job card — the workshop job sheet for your technicians. It shows the vehicle info (make/model, VIN/chassis, fuel, transmission, year), the assignment (technician, bill-to customer, phone, email) and the list of work to be done with quantities and a status column.
Quotation
Print Quotation — a quote for the customer to approve. Your saved Quotation Terms & Conditions (from Workshop → Settings) print at the bottom.
Invoice
Print A4 — a full-page tax invoice.
Print 80mm — a receipt sized for a thermal receipt printer.
Download — save the invoice as a file.
View — open it on screen first.
Send WhatsApp
Send the document straight to the customer's WhatsApp number.
What's on the invoice
Every invoice is a proper UAE tax invoice and is bilingual (English & Arabic). It includes:
Your business details and TRN (Tax Registration Number)
The customer (Bill To) and the vehicle details
A line-by-line breakdown with Price, Discount, VAT and Total
Subtotal, Discount, VAT (Incl.) and the final Total
The payment method used
Scannable barcodes for the Job ID and Order number, plus a QR code
