Go to Workshop → Settings.
Status customisation
Your repair stages (called statuses) are fully editable. By default you get Pending, Diagnosing, Approved, Waiting Parts, Ready and Delivered.
Rename a status — type a new name in the box (for example "Test Drive" or "Awaiting Approval").
Change its colour — click the colour swatch on the right. Colours appear on the dashboard and the job list so your team can read a job's stage at a glance.
Reorder — drag a status up or down using the handle on the left so it matches the real order of work in your garage.
Add a status — click + Add status.
Delete a status — click the bin icon. You can only delete a status that no active job is currently using.
Quotation Terms & Conditions
The Quotation Terms & Conditions box holds the text printed at the bottom of every quotation. It supports rich text (bold, lists) and multiple languages, so you can enter your terms in English and Arabic.
Click Save when you're done.
