Assign a mechanic
In the Assigned Mechanic area, click + Add mechanic to assign the technician responsible for the job.
Move the job through its stages
As work progresses, update the job's status along your pipeline (Pending → Diagnosing → Approved → Waiting Parts → Ready → Delivered). The status is colour-coded everywhere it appears, so anyone can read a job's stage at a glance.
Track time and priority
The Jobs list shows a Time Tracker for each job — how long it has been in its current status (for example "24d 0h Waiting Parts") — so nothing slips through the cracks.
Set Priority to flag urgent work; high-priority jobs are highlighted.
Find a job
Use the search box at the top of the Jobs list to search by customer name, mobile, vehicle or plate number, and use the filter and sort controls to narrow the list.
