From Workshop → Jobs, click Create job. A new Workshop Job opens.
1. Add the customer
Use the search box to find an existing customer by name, email or phone.
If they're new, click Create new customer and enter their details.
2. Add the vehicle
Search for an existing vehicle by vehicle, plate, engine number or VIN, or enter a new one.
Vehicle fields you can capture: Vehicle (make/model), Model Year, Color, Engine Capacity, Fuel Type, Transmission Type, Registration Country, Registration Zone, VIN / Chassis Number, Engine Number, Plate Number, and Vehicle History (notes on previous accidents, recurring issues, last insurance, and so on).
Click Save to create the job. It opens with the first stage in your pipeline and gets its own Job ID.
3. Record the job details
Once the job is open, fill in the work details:
Specify Problem / Complaint — the customer's own description (for example "AC not cooling, noise on start-up").
Priority — Low, Medium, High or Urgent.
Estimated Time — how long you expect the job to take.
Current Vehicle usage — the current odometer reading (Km).
Last Service Distance / Time — when the vehicle was last serviced.
