This guide will show you how to connect your Stripe account to your Eaglecart store.

Before You Begin: What You Need
To connect Stripe, you will need an active Stripe account. If you don't have one yet, you can create one for free during the connection process. When signing up for Stripe, you will typically need:
Your business's legal name and trade license details.
Your business's bank account information (where Stripe will send your money).
How to Connect Your Stripe Account
Follow these simple steps to start accepting credit card payments:
From your Eaglecart admin dashboard, click on Settings in the bottom-left corner.
From the Settings menu, click on Payments.
In the main "Payment providers" section at the top, you will see Stripe. Click the arrow on the right to expand the section.

Click the "Connect Stripe" button (or a similar button like "Manage").
You will be redirected to the Stripe website. This is a secure connection.
You will now see two options:
If you already have a Stripe account: Simply log in with your Stripe email and password.
If you are new to Stripe: Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account. You will be asked for your business and bank details.

Once you have either logged in or completed the sign-up process, Stripe will ask you to authorize the connection with "Eaglecart." Click "Connect" or "Authorize."
After authorizing the connection, you will be automatically redirected back to your Eaglecart Payments page.
You will now see that your Stripe account is Active.
Congratulations! Your store is now fully equipped to accept secure credit and debit card payments from customers worldwide.
