When the work is finished and paid for, mark the job as complete by setting it to your final (Delivered) stage.
At that point Eaglecart automatically:
Locks the job so its details can no longer be changed — you'll see a "Job completed — can't edit" banner at the top.
Converts the job into an order with its own order number (for example #Dd1144B).
Generates a detailed tax invoice you can print or re-send at any time.
From the completed job, click View order (or the order link in the banner) to open the linked order and see its details and payments. Because the repair becomes a normal order, it sits in the same order history as the rest of your store's sales — so your revenue, customer records and reporting all stay in one place.
