Understanding the Workshop Dashboard

Read your garage's performance at a glance.

Go to Workshop → Dashboard. Use the time-range selector (for example Last 7 Days) to change the period shown.

Top metrics

  • Total jobs — all jobs ever created.

  • Active jobs — jobs currently in the pipeline.

  • Completed — delivered/finalised jobs.

  • Total revenue — revenue from jobs, with the average per job.

  • Unique customers — counted by phone number.

  • Avg repair time — average time to complete a job.

  • Overdue jobs — jobs left open more than 7 days (highlighted in red).

  • Urgent — high-priority jobs needing attention.

Charts

  • Job created — how many jobs you opened over the period.

  • Status distribution — how your jobs are spread across stages.

  • Priority breakdown — the Low / Medium / High / Urgent split.

  • Top mechanics — who's handling the most work.

  • Most common job types — your most frequent services.
